The Missionary Sisters of Mary Mother of the Church (MSMMC)

This is an International Congregation which arrived in the Archdiocese of Mbarara in 1998. They established their community at Rushooka Parish with five Sisters. The number of the Sisters has now grown with members living in two communities one at Rushooka Parish in Ntungamo district and another in Ruti in Mbarara City.

The members of this congregation originate from various countries: Brazil, Croatia, and Poland. 

This Congregation is involved in 3 sectors: Education, training girls and women in domestic science and home-craft, Health Care programs and are currently in charge of administration of Health Centre IV at Rushooka Parish.
