About The Daughters of Our Lady of Fatima
The Daughters of Our Lady of Fatima is a Secular Institute whose canonical status is yet to be clarified. The congregation was founded during the Episcopate of Bishop Barnabas Halem’ Imana, the then ordinary of Kabale Diocese. In this diocese they are five communities, the largest based on Nyamitanga hill. Other communities are located at St. Kalemba Catechists’ Training Centre in Ibanda District, Bubangizi Health Centre III. Kagamba Parish, in Ntungamo District and at Lamenzia Health Centre III in Kazo District.
