About The Penitent Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi
The Penitent Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi came from Rwanda to Mbarara in 2017. They have a community at Kakindo Centre in Sheema District. They are involved in teaching at St. Benedict technical school a diocesan institute. Other members of the community are involved in teaching in a pre primary school located at Kakindo Centre.
