About The School Sisters of St. Francis of Christ the King
The School Sisters of St. Francis of Christ the King congregation was founded in 1869 by Sr. Margarita Puher in Maribor, Slovenia- Europe. They were welcomed in the Archdiocese in 2018, their community is in Rwentobo, Rushooka Parish.
They render service in the area of education and at Rwentobo the sisters are engaged in educating the elderly how to read and write, they teach and mentor children and they also reach out to the sick through home to home visitations.
